This job is a part-time or a full-time position.

The Language Key is an established business English training company with offices in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shanghai, and Beijing. Since 1994, The Language Key has been providing tailored business English language courses, executive coaching programs and professional development workshops to local and multi-national companies in order to meet the specific language needs of particular groups of employees.

We are currently recruiting experienced and qualified Part-Time Corporate Business English Trainers across the China and Macau due to aggressive expansion. These candidates must be motivated to teach Business English and Business skills to Chinese professionals in a number of industries and language levels. Part-Time positions can lead to Full-Time positions.

Responsibilities

• Effectively facilitate any of Language Key’s tailor made language and executive coaching courses to our clients.
• Ensure full reporting processes are followed.
• Attend client meetings for pre-course or review.
• Conduct Oral Placement Tests(OPT) and other pre or post assessments

Qualifications

Mandatory:
• You must be a Native English Speaker from North America, Australia, New Zealand, Country of South Africa or the United Kingdom presently in China or arrival in near future.
• University Graduate with at least two years business training or management background. China or Asiatic Regional experience preferred. Other candidates with extensive business, sales, marketing, accounting, finance, manufacturing operations, medical, shipping/logistics or Hospitality/Tourism experience will be considered on an individual basis.
• Professional manner, dress and grooming
• Excellent communication skills, combined with professionalism and a dedication to training.
• Computer skills to include working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Two years or more corporate language training experience

Highly Desirable:

• Hotel, Casino, Tourism, Financial or Advanced Writing specialist experience is highly desirable
• Mandarin and/or Cantonese oral skills
• MBA and practical experience in a corporate environment
• Finance, accounting or banking education and experLocation:
