The talented young French clarinetist Raphaël Sévère - winner of the 1st Prize and special Prize of the jury at the 2007 Tokyo International Competition - returns to Macau to perform Weber's Clarinet Concerto with the Macau Youth Symphony Orchestra under the baton of his father Yves Sévère and the Hong Kong Wind Kamerata.
