Description

*Flyer Attached, See Below*

An increasing number of people are beginning to call Macau their home. What are the cultural conditions that these people face? In this seminar, Leanda will provide an overview of such sojourners (expatriates, inpatriates, as well as partners and families). We will also cover coping with the headaches and joys of foreigners living in Macau, as well as how to excel in this cultural context.

Ripples Psychological Ensemble is Macau’s first private psychological practice. It is headed by Dr Kay Chang PsyD, a California Licensed Clinical Psychologist. She is one of only a handful of internationally recognized Licensed Clinical Psychologists in the Asian Region.

Leanda Lee is a PhD candidate in the Department of Management, Faculty of Business and Economics, Monash University. She holds a first class honours Batchelor of Arts in Japanese and Ethnomusicology from Monash University and an MBA from the Melbourne Business School. Leanda’s PhD research focuses on the factors that influence the performance of expatriates living in the Special Administrative Regions of China
