What's the best way to look for a job in Macau?

Hello,
I am a foreign, young and passionate person, International Business graduate, who has been living in Macau for the last couple of years. Recently I was surprised to realize how hard it is to find a job in Macau as for the fact of not knowing Cantonese and not having a working permit. It seems like these last two requirements are killing any opportunity for having a job.
I am very enthusiastic about working in Macau, and believe that I could contribute to any business.
I have been looking in the wrong places, I assume, as bureaucracy has been too exhausting, and now I honestly looking for a direction as to where and how should I look for a job. I am looking for any job in Marketing, HR, Management, project management or logistics.

Any advice would be appreciated!
