Description

'Art' is the most reputable comedy to date by Yasmina Reza, a highly regarded female playwright of French contemporary theatre. 'Art' opens with a debate among three friends about an expensive contemporary oil painting that one of them has recently acquired. The debate sparks off a series of emotional outbursts that provoke laughter and tears from the audience, all the while commenting on life's absurdity.

Renowned Hong Kong Director Weigo Lee co-operates with the Hong Kong Repertory Theatre to bring this drama to Macau audiences.
