This month, the Macau Fisherman's Wharf introduces various red wines from around the world in the inaugural Red Wine Festival 2008 Macau, while just round the outer rim of the Roman Amphitheatre the Beer Carnival - Macau 2008 will serve beer from colourful pavilions. Music, dancing, a carnival parade and a Fast Beer Drinking Competition will enliven the proceedings. Besides this carnival, there is the Macau Food and Drink Fair for visitors to enjoy delicious food from Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau.
