Four years ago, a local enterprise Corner rented the century-old buildings at No. 3, 5 and 7 Travessa de S.Paule. They turned the building into a complex that accommodates fine dining, entertainment, culture and art. The project includes a restaurant, a bar (members only), a gallery, a multi-purpose room and six art studios with floor areas ranging from 400 to 800 feet. The six studios are leased for a considerably low rent to six artists from the local art groupe Art For All (AFA). In return, AFA has been entrusted by the enterprise to operate the St. Paul’s Fine Art.
