The restaurant was opened by Luis' elder brother, Henrique, and his wife Vitoria, in 1996.There is a story behind the name. Henrique and Vitoria have four beautiful daughters and the girls earned themselves a place in the Guinness Book of Records by the extraordinary fact that each of them has been the winner of the "Miss Macau" pageant! Naturally they chose the name "Miss Macau" in celebration of the victories.
Luis' menu is Portuguese/Macanese - Codfish (Bacalhau) is very famous, so it features strongly in different styles. All the beef is imported - just state you favourite and the chef will whip it up for you in no time.
