Ripples Psychological Ensemble is an independent professional organization established with a vision to provide an international standard of psychological services, as an agent of positive change.
It is founded and headed by an experienced California licensed Clinical Psychologist, Dr. Kay Chang, who believes in practising quality professional services and building collaborative partnerships.
It should be noted that Dr. Chang is one among only a handful of Clinical Psychologists in the region with a Licence to practise independently. Licensure is a legal requirement for practice in the US, and is a means of consumer protection.
